Losanda Kids – Returns & Exchanges FAQ
How long do I have to return or exchange an item?
You have 14 days from the date of purchase to request a return or exchange.
What items can I return?
Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in unopened packaging. Open or
damaged boxes cannot be returned.
Are sale items refundable?
Sale items cannot be refunded or returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
What if my toy is defective or damaged?
If the toy is damaged from the factory (not misuse), you can request a refund, exchange,
or replacement.
Who pays for shipping?
Customers pay for shipping on returns or exchanges. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Orders over EGP 2,000 qualify for free delivery (but not for free returns).
How will I receive my refund?
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method or via InstaPay within 5
business days.
How will I know if my refund is approved?
We will notify you through phone, WhatsApp, or Instagram once your return has been
processed.
Can I use my own courier for returns?
Yes, but Losanda Kids is not responsible for lost or damaged packages if you choose your
own courier. All costs must be covered by you.
Can I open the package before paying?
No, packages cannot be opened before payment. After payment, you may open the box,
but you must not damage the packaging
