Losanda Kids – Returns & Exchanges Policy
Returns
• You have 14 days from the date of purchase to request a return.
• To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original unopened
packaging.
• We cannot accept returns of opened or used toys/baby products—even if only the packaging is
opened.
• Customers are responsible for all shipping fees for returns and exchanges. If your original order
qualified for free shipping (over 2,000 EGP), the return will be processed with the shipping cost
deducted.
• Returns can be made through our courier service or by dropping the item off at our store.
Non-Returnable Items
• Any item that has been opened, used, or is not in its original packaging.
• Items that show signs of misuse or customer-caused damage.
• On-sale items, unless they arrived damaged or defective.
Refunds
• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your
refund within 5 business days.
• Notifications will be sent via phone call, WhatsApp, or Instagram.
• Approved refunds will be issued either back to your original method of payment, or via InstaPay
(according to your preference).
• Please allow additional time for your bank, card provider, or InstaPay transfer to complete the refund.
Exchanges & Damaged Items
• Exchanges are available only for items that are factory-defective or damaged on delivery (not due to
misuse).
• In these cases, you can choose between a refund, replacement, or exchange.
• Exchanges/returns can be handled through courier pickup or directly at our store.
• Shipping fees will still apply and are non-refundable.
Important Notes
• Packages cannot be opened before payment or at the time of delivery.
• If you open the package after purchase, the packaging must remain undamaged and reusable. Items
returned with cut, torn, or destroyed packaging will not be accepted.
• You may choose to use Losanda Kids’ courier service for returns, or arrange your own shipping
service.
• If you use your own shipping service, please note:
• – You will be responsible for all return shipping fees.
• – Losanda Kids will not be responsible for lost or damaged items during transit with an external courier.
• – We will only process the return once the item has been successfully received and inspected.
• We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method if you choose to arrange your own
return
